The problems with the topgun chart are too numerous to count. It has no criteria for a weapon being on there. "Potato-worthy" is an incredibly vague generalization that means nothing. The chart isn't based on objective criteria like DPS or TTK. The chart has no qualifiers about which weapon is better than which - and there is a massive difference between the best and worst weapons on the chart. The melee section in particular is a terrible offender, so bloated with garbage weapons.

Chroma is pretty fucking obvious. They both amplify weapon damage, except Chroma has a mimimal amount of setup required for his better boost and can actually tank damage reliably. And since you don't need high damage except against high level enemies a frame that can actually survive those enemies is a better frame for that mission.
