Eh. Eternal formats are relatively safe to buy into, while not constantly needing to worry if the banhammer will cripple your deck. Still expensive as shit but you need new decks less often, especially T1s

For a long time it's been pic related, because once I get a good Ghostrick lock going, she becomes invaluable for recycling and defense.

But lately, I've been feeling my other deck a bit more. Would be nice to get some serious meta attention for either, though.

People argue Ghostrick has too much support, and it does, but it's not good support. It's like Konami just keeps piling middling support on them and hope they'll get better than pet, but they never do. They need a lot of focused attention, because three fields and like 15 monsters in the archetype is SOMEHOW not enough.

Wight could use some more support, though. Hell, zombies in general probably need a little more than they already get.

Is Zombie World still okay in Wights? I used to play at LCS with Zombie World in Wights and it was okay, but meta has shifted a lot since I last played this deck is it still worth it? Fuck Lawn mowing, shit is way more expensive than it deserves o be.

Skeleton mill isn't so bad. It's 5 cards a turn, max. And yeah, that's spoopy to think, but it takes fucking forever to get a full field with Ghostrick. In modern meta, Ghostrick aren't fast enough. We get OTKed too easy. Like, there's ways around getting OTKed with Ghostrick, but not reliably. They should have flourished in Pendulum meta, should've had their own pair, but they didn't. And with Links basically making their main trick moot, they desperately need better support.

Which, once again, I'm going to say sounds like a crazy person thing. Because they already have so much god damn support. 3 archetype specific field spells for fucks sake. It's not the right kind of support though, never was.

I summoned him in tournament the other day against Invoked. He survived like 5 turns, but wasn't able to inflict a single point of damage or use his effect.
The stalling was actually sufficient for me to win though.

Amazoness Spy should have had an effect to make Fusion summoning easier. Instead, they gave her a crappy effect that only triggers by battle destruction.

The fusion Liger is out. Impressive how Empress and Liger feel straight out of GX era.

I kind of expected Liger to be given some kind of targeting protection like that of Scouts. But I suppose not.
Anyhow. For how underwhelming it might be, it should still be able to OTK rather easily with Amazoness Call.

At least Empress floats no matter how it's removed. Liger really does feel like a GX card. The only thing that indicates it isn't is the fact that it requires Tiger and any Amazoness instead of Tiger and a specofic Amazoness (say Amazoness Lion or something).

How would you be able to say a deck is consistent?
I have two possible good starting hands, each of which has around a 30% chance of happening, which gives me only a 55% chance for a good starting hand, when I factor out the overlap.

I guess he needs to have over 50% decent starting hands, but that not all. Take Metalfoes and DDD. It's easy for those to get good starting hands, but Metalfoe has better resource management compared to DDD, which while it can keep decent hand advantage, run out of extra deck quickly.

It's more of a deck having a combination of good board and resource management, since you are expecting your field to be broken next turn regardless if you fuck the opponent with it or not

I brougth soft plastic sleeves recently, though I feel it was a bad idea. I damaged one before opening the pack due to my nail, and they feel far less resistant, as if anyone could accidentaly mark them or something and then I get Simon He'd.

Also, I've been using red had plastic sleeves over a year and feel were damaged (though some dirtied). I guess they are better
