Like each Infamy level gives +1% chance to find Infamy items, all the way until Infamy 25

Once you hit lvl 100, run a crime spree for as long as you can.
Then, pop the infamy and claim the reward from the spree.
Went from lvl 0 to lvl 63 in one go.

the standard way is payday checks if you have the game. however, some third world countries like Australia made HM illegal. In response, the quality programmers at Overkill created a kit that Payday reads as "owning HM" while not actually being the game.
There probably wouldn't be a separate Jacket pack if Australia weren't a hellhole of censors, idiots, Abos, Muzzies and the racists that hate Abos and Muzzies.
