Torque vs horsepower?

torque vs horsepower?

Leave this board

weight

fuck you, gear ratios

They're not mutually exclusive

Number of windows.

Would you rather have no torque or no horsepower?

No torque

boosted Hondas are pretty fast desu

>rotary vs diesel

trick question, you can't have one without the other
>HP = Torque x RPM รท 5252

>torque vs horsepower?
what if I told you they were the same person?

power windows

number of cupholders per liter of displacement is the real measurement

>tfw just got done with a full cupholder delete

Welp guess that was a mistake

driver ability

wow your car must be slow now

>not having a soda stream in his car

can't compete with american ingenuity.

If your car weighs over 3,000 pounds, drive up on lots of hills, or do launches often I'd prefer low end Torque at least.

nice autism, "no torque" obviously wasn't literal

Torque for the street, horsepower for the track.

Depends on what I'm doing. Motorcycles get by just fine with power and no torque. You can - albeit slowly - pull tons of weight with torque but no power.

Do rear cupholders count?

>not measuring in volts and amps

Most bikes have more torque per litre of displacement than cars.

Jesus christ!

You can't have one without the other.

yes of course
