Theres some truth there, but a fair few of my normal friends bought a vita at launch because of the tempting prospect of COD and Fifa on a handheld that wasn't utterly stifled by outdated tech. Needless to say the western AAA titles dried up or weren't implemented well so they all stopped caring.
