BMW M2 vs M4?W

How are they different? And which one is better?

The M2 is a smaller car than the M4.

m2 has the 3.0L i6
M4 has 4.4L v8

The M2 has a "non-///M" engine (N55) and (mostly) M3/4 running gear.

They both weigh about the same despite the M2 being smaller.

Back in E36 days, the sedan was stiffer than the coupe, so it was preferred by rally teams. Don't know much about that gen, though.

e9x has the 4.4 V8, f80 has a 3.0 TT i6.

M3.. fussy aero around the rear.. leary like the c63 use to be.

M4.. aesthetically better.. and yet, less practical.

M2.. needs the needless aero of the m3.. which the m6 also has.
