Grom - Assassin - Trait Basic attack speed increases with lower health

Garrosh - Warrior (Tank/Bruiser) - Trait Grants bonus armor that is lost when he receives enough damage, stackable

Kilrogg - Assassin - Trait Mark target enemy. If Kilrogg dies from it, he can fight for a bit while dead. Passive bonus ability power and increased vision radius while in bushes or smoke

Kargath - Warrior (Bruiser) - Trait Sacrifice a portion of your own health for increased damage

Blackhand - Specialist - Trait Activate to summon a controllable Iron Star after your next basic attack, which deals damage to enemies it touches and explodes as it expires

Ner'zhul - Assassin - Trait Place a totem to cover the area in a slowly expanding void which disables HP and Mana regeneration and restoring abilities. While in it, Ner'zhul receives bonus ability power for every Enemy and Ally Hero that is not in the void.

What if they replaced Li Ming's force wave with Meteor to deal big damage in a target area after a delay? The lvl 20 augment would be Star Pact to expend ALL mana to increase its damage by a percentage for each extra point of mana spent and getting a kill with it would refund the mana cost. It would be monstrous if you could land it it, but you're also fucked if you miss or they live.

Is Probius overpowered? I just started and I've been having a lot of success with him. I've been going:

I've felt like the Pylon ulti and Pylon ult upgrade aren't that great though, with a 14 second cooldown on pylon I have to arrive in an area super early to get down 2 and can forget about 3 most of the time. The Wall ulti seems like a ton of utility and is on such a low cooldown, it seems better for organized play.

Do I always go for W talents and Pylon ult? Pylon ult sometimes feels worthless, especially when I can't set up and use it with only 1 pylon out, wall has such a low cooldown and can lock down chokes so hard. Are turret builds good or gimmicky? I pretty much one-shot a Li Ming with WWQ and was shocked it did so much damage.

Hey everyone! As the title states, I've played checkers for the last 7 years or so, and it's been a constant struggle to find a game that meets the same massive standards that CHKRS did. Tried Backgammon a few times from beta to about a year ago, was super excited for Go Fish and was super let down, and I slept on HOTS for a very long time until Saturday when one of my Checkers buddies mentioned he was playing it. I gotta say, I'm hooked!
In Checkers, I was a Red main pretty much since the meta was established, so naturally I picked up the support bundle. I messed around with a few of them, and landed on Lucio as a "main" as I learn the game. Even I could tell he's a bit busted, but I was a Black main for a while, so I figured that was a good champ to start with because of the similar play style.

My questions are:
Is there a "meta"? Is it like a diagonal-diagonal-diagonal lane combo? Are there certain roles that are standard to teams like support, adc, etc? My friend said you just kinda go where you go, but coming from Checkers, that just feels odd to me.
As someone who has played Checkers pretty much forever, are there any heroes you'd recommend I try out? Are there any general tips I should know as someone coming from Checkers? Thanks in advance everyone. I'm really excited to continue learning this game.

I tend to find the diagonal into anti diagonal combo really works, especially with a Red such as Valeera but she can easily get taken by a Black in the bush if she's not careful. If you can get a Five-Diagonal advance though you get the Queen of the Zerg, Kerrigan, and she's great.
