okay well I tried changing reserved to 1024 and available to 10240 but that caused crashes on outside again

then I reverted it and tried it and it worked fine again

Open your skyrimprefs.ini and make sure the changes you made are still there, the game has a tendency of overwriting your stuff.

Now is a good time to double check and make sure you have the correct settings in enblocal.ini by reading wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENBlocal_INI .

Verify the cache integrity of Skyrim in steam.

Download nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69787 . Open it and make sure the bethini option is ticked instead of vanilla. Also tick 'ENB mode' and 'Recommended tweaks'. Set the correct resolution, 'Anisotropic filtering' to none. If you are using mod organizer, open the setup tab and select the correct MO path as well as the MO profile you are using. After that, go back to the basic tab and click high (or ultra if you really want)
