I don't know if you're or just echoing his thoughts but I'm very open to changing the roster, and I said as much in the thread (so I dunno what "none of the current managers' is about). I liked a lot of the suggestions that came up, and we'll see those (plus any more that get suggested before then) in the upcoming roster poll. I also thought we had a reasonable discussion about the merits of keeping and changing the roster.

If you really think the roster is so unspeakably bad that something must be done IMMEDIATELY, you're always free to reach out to any of us via our contact info.

Quite the opposite actually, with equal conditions every player has a chance to play.
With random conditions some might not see play at all.
It's just up to manager to decide which players to put on the field.

turbomanlets aren't even a problem unless you put them at CB or some shit.

This is not how it works. First thing, bench players have usually identical setups to main eleven players (so they are exchangeable), but are 5 - 10 cm shorter, so (almost) no manager will pick green manlet over green player with normal height. Second, some playstyles and positions are much more physically demanding than others (i.e. offensive fullbacks, box-to-box midfielders and so on) and in "all green" enviroment managers will almost always sub off same three players. It's that sudden red arrow on player that gets usually gassed in first 60 minutes, or purple arrow on player that could've played whole match, that adds something interestign to the mix and allows rare players to have some spotlight.

It also gives you convenient excuses for losing if you're a fan or a gullible manager
