I found fire to be extremely weak leveling in legion
Frost and Arcane felt like they did the same single target but Arcane had better aoe clear

Arcane for low levels, has the best aoe, which is really strange considering Fire was always the AoE spec and Arcane was pure single target

Is there anyway to transfer money to toons cross faction? You can't buy your own auctions on the standard AH, but I haven't tried the neutral AH's yet. Though I fear the same issue will occur.

Yes.

The only way I've found to do it, as long as they are on the same server (requires a friend on the same faction as your character with all your gold):

1. List an auction on the character you want the gold on.
2. Give your friend your gold, have them buy the auction you listed. Obviously pick someone you trust and not some random retard.
3. You'll get the gold from the auction.

You lose some from the AH cut but I'm not sure if there's any other way to do it.

Given the Warlock's ability to cast unlimited underwater breath, Undead's racial ability to do it anyway, and the general OPness of Death Knights, I don't see how it would effect game mechanics that much.
