Is +spd/-def Hector good?

So I have 65k feathers and am unsure as to the best way to make use of them. I have several options;

1. Make a +Spd -Res Quadsuna with all the bells and whistles since I have no 5* archer at the moment (LaD3/brave bow+ etc) which would cost ~62k feathers

2. Make all the literally whos into 5* so I never have to worry about not having a bonus unit for arena ever again. This would cost 64,400 feathers (shareena is already 4*).

3. Use the feathers on characters I like but cannot justify needing them when I have basically superior versions of them already (e.g Michalis when I already have a Minerva, albeit a +HP -Atk one)

4. Sit on some/all of the feathers and wait until I pull something/a god tier GHB unit comes along.

Fury 3 can be gotten by Hinata at 4* but LaD 3 being only gotten from 5* is annoying as fuck.
