The Celeste spear for a claw. And choose between full claws/full axes. Hybrid is inefficient.
No. Buff animation takes too long. Replace it with either an axe or a claw.

I pulled a single copy of each of the main four weapons with the four seals to uncap them and the honor dagger last RotB, I'm kind of lost what else I need this time around. I'm still rank 89, so the gold nuggets aren't terribly important just yet. Do you need a second copy of the main weapons, are the other four weapons any good? I see people use the fire harp fairly frequently, for instance.

Elysian > Aspara(spear) > Chaos Ruler Warlock > Berserker > Aspara(axe) depending on what mainhand you have at the time. Aspara probably would be fairly difficult considering water's lack of spears, so shoot for one of the dagger classes or Berserker.

For Olden Cortanasit depends on your team, if you use someone like Six as your primary attacker then you should only have one, but if you have Naru who really likes the multis then you can run two.

Eventually you'll replace the spear with another axe or claw, it's up to you which one.

The Skyrend Spear is fine for now as filler but you will eventually replace it with an unknown like the Kirin sword. You will already have plenty of normal multiplier from the Baha weapon and mainhand so a third normal weapon is sub-optimal.

You don't have to replace the Celeste spear until your fourth axe has more stats and skill level than it, you can max skill the Celeste spear in the meantime. This is not the case if you choose to replace it with another claw though.

belle is only useful for farming the R weapons when you make your first GW char.

A second copy is in danger of getting replaced. If all your weapons have the capability to get their 4th uncap, that's fine. The position-based ones are only used because of a lack of easily obtained weapons of their element (Ex. wind has no swords, fire has no harp; you'd need to change the element of a revenant weapon, which costs 50 merits). I'd recommend buying extra seals since they get renewed. If you decide to go light or dark, you'll be able to host a Kirin/Huanglong. Don't buy the SR tickets, they're filled with lies, hope, and despair.
