thanks! it's me trying to find a "signature" look for XV2 version of me when i plan to record the cutscenes to make a "cutscene film" for myself (or an anime opening parody) so I've been mixing and matching and thanks to the color mods I feel like I'm satisfied with this design....maybe.

Definitely, with the bright red it overpowers the other colors way too much and is kind of a strain on the eyes.

Divine Lasso, and Roseku's other moves, were added in to the TP store the other day, so they are legit, but they had a somewhat short time window and were quite pricey. I think there's a timetable but I don't have it on me, though they should be coming back soon. I think. No Zamasu moves yet either, from what I know.

DIMPS time locked the blighted things. You can get them but they are being really jewy with the TP store at the moment
But Divine Lasso and such will be available pretty soon if you are not able to just enable the purchase of said things.
No mentor yet, I hear rumour that Zamasu might be one someday though.
If you have the DLC you just go talk to Guru and he unlocks the level cap for you.

So sudden death beam is finally legal? I've been using it because it's a cooler looking and fairer counter than Burst Rush, but I feel a little bad if people can't use it legitimately.

Yeah its legal now, the only real reason people wouldn't have it now, not counting mods, would be they didn't have the TP for it in time- which, ultimately, is a console issue moreso than PC.

Heat Dome Attack is the most useless Ultimate if the target isn't within punch distance

not for fem saiyans/humans, those little shits can combo into anything

There's a shitload of combos you can do to land it, especially on female Saiyans.

You can also land it quite easily directly after a light break, which is great, because when they're broken you can do a whole boatload of followups after Heat Dome.

Maybe its because I'm playing XV1 but ultimates don't seem to combo very well with any race's combos

Oh yeah, Heat Dome is pretty bad in 1.

XV1 sucks ass for comboing in general

Fem Saiyan's light combo is decent with beam supers

They're not Blue Hurricane-tier, but I got quite some work out of Gigantic Meteor and Super Spirit Bomb, mostly because there's Z-Souls that make you invincible during them.

Also, female Majins can sort-of infinite with Maiden Blast. You're fast enough to catch up with them when they're flying away, then combo into it again.

i remember victory rush to be godly in XV1
also gigantic omega to be dash canceable after use to keep comboing
there's also a lot of supers with super armor
