It's extremely heavy and will smash other cars if you ram them and you can "only" get shot through the slits in the front and the side windows. For balance's sake you can only aim out the windows at these angles, red for driver, blue for passenger

I thought it was asking for MY name, not theirs.

Which is fine, no one can see the name except for yourself in the character selection screen, you can also rename them for free in the same selection screen.
