Hmm. Adjusted the opacity and made the color a bit more yellow in the skin. I like how it looks so far, but I kinda wish I could figure out how to have its body actually generate light.
Eh, I'll figure this out later. The mod's looking for a Sunday release now, pretty much everything else has been fixed...if beta testing goes smoothly.

There's not enough contouring or contrast on the glow. If you want it to look less like a texture glitch find a way to achieve contouring.

true, and we know Cait canonically likes threesomes.
but this isn't sleeping with people. I wouldn't even want to sleep with someone besides Cait if that's all it was about.
But Heather really opened up and after I helped her work through some unresolved guilt over the last several weeks and we've become good friends, and she said she loved me. So this is more than banging, so it's hard to tell how Cait would react.
I think I should decline, to show Cait I'm only loyal to her. But how would that make Heather feel? Plus Cait might actually like the idea.

Yeah your post reminded me. I forgot to use the deathclaw skin texture on it, I was still using a flat green texture. The emissive texture was already green.
I think I'll adjust the bgsm some more to fit in better with the new skin texture, but now I think it looks a lot better.

Curie would probably research how people have sex by looking at old holotapes, and mistakenly think the stuff on them is normal. So she'd probably whip out a cucumber or slap you and call you names or any of the many things people make porn of that you wouldn't necessarily do your first time having sex if you didn't have someone tell you "those holotapes aren't your average sex"
Moira Brown probably likes getting you to do weird things to find out the effects it would have. What species a human can fugg, the effects certain items used as a dildo have, the nutritional value of certain things you wouldn't normally eat, those sort of things. She would document them all of course.
Cass would probably do cowgirl stuff like wrestling, riding you, and swingign her hat around. alcohol would probably be a staple of her sexual encounters too.
Cait would play fight. She would punch you in the jaw during sex and want to get hit back and stuff like that. Both of you having bruises and bloody noses at the end.
Piper would probably be really eager to please and would probably be down for whatever. Not in a deviant way, but just in a make your partner happy way.
Nathan Thomas

Fucks' sake, my autism from Skyrim is carrying over into FO4. I just can't wear any of TheKite's great outfits without wondering why NPCs aren't commenting on the fact that I look a total whore.

Isabel would be costumes/cosplay. She would want to bang her hero The Mechanist, become Grognak's wife, defeat the Antagonizer and teach them a lesson, stuff like that.
She even said she's shy, but when she's wearing a costume she feels brave. This could apply to intimacy as well, more than just a fetish.
Henry Watson
poor girl needs confidence, id be glad if i could pop and send Kasumi there to help her.

Piper is obviously scat for all the shit she spews from her mouth
Kayden Rogers
Yeah, after the game is over, one of the things I plan on doing is setting up situations where she can triumph over obstacles (that I set up) so she builds confidence. After bumbling the Mechanist situation and getting people killed she's really timid about doing anything, and rightfully so I guess since that was a major fuck up, but she's still really smart and can apply her skills for good if she was more confident.
Stuff like running to her and saying she's the only one capable of fixing some reactor meltdown (that sturges makes happen safely) or needing to program a robot.
Easing her back into robotics by just asking her to program my couriers/supply robots is a good start I think.
She's also the person I want to ask to run the early education at my settlements. She'd be great with kids because they would love the grognak/mechanist/superhero stuff, and she would teach them about robotics which is a real tangible skill, and she would teach them about safety and restraint since she had a major accident she feels bad about.
What is this?

>Fallout 4 >Automatron Adds a few places and people and some customization that should have been there to stat with >Wasteland Workshop Another 'dlc' that should have been base content for the game to start with >Far Harbor The real first big dlc for FO4 >Contraptions Workshop Yet another tiny dlc that basically just adds settlement stuff that should have been in by default. >Vault Tec See above, only bonus is you can build a vault with this one >Nuka World Finally an okay sized dlc

FO4's season pass/expansions is/are really lackluster.
I mean with 3, we got 5 expacs, all a pretty decent size, varying in quality but nonetheless adding a lot of content.
In NV we got 4, less expansions but they were more indepth and involved, tied together to some degree and complementing the main game.
In 4 we basically got 2 expansions, neither one that amazing, and neither affecting the main game whatsoever. The rest, as you said, is just bollocks that either should have been vanilla or is so paltry as to barely be considered freebie material.
FO4 is such a shame, it could be a fantastic game (some parts are very good) but it's just marred by this obvious laziness. Lots of moments, areas, quests just stink like cut corners and laziness. The expacs are just more of that same bad ethos.
Sebastian Russell
>OA >anything short of a game-break loot pinata >considering the workshop dlc separately and not collectively as the workshop dlc >considering automatron bad when you praised OA >downplaying just how much customization automatron gives and how nice it's quest is >bitching about the workshop dlc and forgetting the shitty dlc from NV like all the preorder shit and the gun runner's arsenal >being dumb enough to think that Fo5 won't be made by bethesda and forgetting that Obsidian would only end up making side games and also forgetting that most of the major people that can thought to be responsible for what is considered a good fallout game are gone
Also i'm not sure why you are bitching about Bethesda's dlc. All of their dlc is pretty much "one really good one, one that people are on the fence about it's quality but is still decent and the rest are just whatever". Been like that since oblivion and arguably morrowind.
William Morgan
The ship crashed because the pilot was so distracted by Cait's beauty.

Trying to find an outfit that Cait suits is suffering.
Hmm.
It's not that it's bad, it's just that it follows the Honest Hearts formula of DLC where it's just a new slice of map with a few quests in it, a couple new creatures, and that's that. Those are fine, but when it's one of only two expansions it's pretty annoying.
Carson Turner

He's criticizing it for being overly humour-focused, with wacky SCIENCE! dialogue.
It's a valid complaint if that sort of stuff isn't your cup of tea, but it's Fallout, you should be expecting some silly science fiction shit.

Henry Wood
>>downplaying just how much customization automatron gives and how nice it's quest is What? It's quests were literally just "Go here and clear out the robots", which I'm already dead fucking tired of considering 90% of Fallout 4's original quests were exactly that but with raiders.
Carson Jackson
What is there to do in Far Harbour once you've completed the story? Just explore?
Brandon Long
What does that have to do with memes though?
Asher Ortiz
>What is there to do in Far Harbour once you've completed the story? Just explore? You mean like every other DLC?
Yes.
Mason Richardson
You say that like the quests for the other games weren't mostly "go here and do this" usually with a bunch of killing of everything between those two points. The niceness of the quests was the whole super hero comic sort of plot and the fun of the silver shroud dialogue.
John Brown
>You say that like the quests for the other games weren't mostly "go here and do this" As apposed to "go here and don't do anything"? My complain is that all the quests are just clearing out raiders. And no, this was not the case in previous Fallout games, they had you doing a variety of different tasks and with multiple solutions. Remember when dialog used to have skill checks apart from just Speech? Remember when every quest had various skill checks for interacting with things, instead of just the one quest in fallout 4?
Christian Long
> Remember when dialog used to have skill checks apart from just Speech? Not him but yes, and almost all of those situations were hilarious idiotic contrivances that raised more questions about "why?" then anything else.
Speech checks outside of speech do noting but devalue the speech skill, whose sole purpose is to pass speech checks, which is why most RPGs don't have checks outside of speech checks anymore.
Alexander Richardson
>playing FO4 for dialog
Jonathan Rogers
>Not him but yes, and almost all of those situations were hilarious idiotic contrivances that raised more questions about "why?" then anything else. How so? What, you find it hard to believe that a character with high skill in guns should know enough about guns to be given unique dialog?

Words must be said. Questions must be asked.
Michael Howard
Nice pun. The clean prewar suit by crimsonrider is nice on her.
She wears ballistic woven MacCready's outfit a lot too, if we know we're going someplace where we will fight a lot. Then if it's a chilly day or raining I carry Maxson's big coat for her to change into.

Jonathan Hernandez
>Not him but yes, and almost all of those situations were hilarious idiotic contrivances that raised more questions about "why?" then anything else. If anything it's the opposite. If I make a character with 10 Intelligence and maxed Science perks/skills, why would I not have dialog to play along with this? There were instances in Fallout 4 where my character had to act dumb and pretend like he doesn't know anything about science or computers, despite having max Int and Science.

Chase Thompson

>How so? Multiple reasons
First off, skill checks imply that knowledge of a subject is linear, and that you can only know X after knowing Y, which is why you need 90/100 in a skill to pass, and have zero chance of success if its below 90 or w/e. The problem is that this is fundamentally wrong, as there is no set order to learn something about a subject. It's totally non-linear, and two people who begin reading up about guns at the same time can, a year later, end up with vastly different knwoedlge sets based on what they read compared to the other.
In this regard, skill checks are just arbitrary and artificial walls that totally ignore how knowledge actually works in favor of artificially inflating the importance of skills that would logically be unimportant in an actual realistic scenario.
Secondly, skills like weapon skill do not represent your knowledge of how guns work, they represent your ability to use a gun effectively. One can learn how to hold and fire a gun to minimize recoil, but no basically nothing about the internal mechanics or modifications of said gun. Skills do not represent flavor knowledge of something, only your ability to use them. Its like the ever false equivalence of equating intelligence with how much you know. Intelligence is your ability to problem solve and reason, it isn't based on the total amount of knwoedlge you know.
Older RPGs did this due to the fact the gameplay was so limited it was basically impossible to represent knowledge of a subject outside of skill checks since the complex systems of notes, books, terminal entries, e-mails, codex entries, and other htings modern RPGs have. Which is part of the reason most modern RPGs don;'t check for skills anymore, they just check if you read the relevant thing. Skill checks really have no place in a modern RPG.
(cont)
Joseph Butler
>Which is part of the reason most modern RPGs don;'t check for skills anymore, they just check if you read the relevant thing. Skill checks really have no place in a modern RPG. More like RPG's are getting dumbed-down and streamlined for casuals. We're stuck with trash like Mass Effect and Dragon Age.
Matthew Mitchell
Thirdly, skill checks ignore alternate solutions in favor of imposing just one, again to artificially inflate the importance of a skill that would otherwise not be that important in the situation.
You can use your 100 speech skill to convince a violet warmonger to give up his life's work, but you can't use that same godlike speech ability to convince a simple old man to hand over some dynamite... because reasons!
Fourthly, in regards to man skill checks, if anyone really wanted to test you ability to do something, they would actually give you a test to prove you had the skills needed.
If someone wanted to see how well you could sneak, they would ask you to sneak undetected through some area, if someone wanted to see how effective you were with dynamite, they would give you some and tell you to toss it over yonder and hit a target.
Skill checks are a lazy means of getting out of having to devlop actual content for the game. This was acceptable in older RPGs where such a thing wasn't possible, but in newer RPGs it isn't, which is again part of the reason why most newer RPGs have gotten rid of skill checks, and replaced them with actual tests.
Knowedlge based skill checks just raise the question of why can't I just read this in one of the many books/notes/terminals all around the game world, which is why most knowledge based checks aren't based on skills, but are just dialog replacers where, if you have read the correct book, the dialog changes to reflect that.

>Despite your argument being a pile of shit Why exactly? All the reasons why skill checks existed in older RPGs are well known, and do not apply to modern games.
>you realize what you're suggesting hasn't actually been applied to Fallout 4 right? It kinda has though.
>Speech is the only real skill check because its the only one that makes to be an actual skill check >No one tries to make you pass a 50/100 gun skill check, they just ask you to go out and kill something, and don't care how you do it >Reading magazines like the total hack, and picket fences, mags gives you new options on how to do shit, rather then just magically gaining those skills by dumping more points into a stat.
Angel Brown

>NV by far the best one in the modern series. Which is why it has the lowest average review score across all three platform and why even Avellone said it was worse then Fallout 1, 2, 3, and 4?
New Vegas was only the best to the vocal minority of people who worship the ground Obsidian walk on, despite the fact every game they have made has been a disaster, simply because they made a few good games 20 years ago.
Its like people who act like every movie sylvester stallone is in is good simply because First Blood, and Rocky 1, where good, thus he simply CAN'T make a bad movie ever
