6 man is worse because people bring actually bring all debuffs (usually) and bunny sluts. The only time you dip below 80% in 6mans is when your group is bad or you're approaching the last 10% where you don't want to be on low health.

Host every HL possible and do as much damage as you can. Then leech easier raids such as cele hl, colo HL or Tiamat hl with choke(and japanese language setting). Farming a lot of RQ is also an option.
