None of my searches came up with results, so can anyone verify if this is true or not?

Is there a reason why From couldn't make the various defense types actually matter? Like, have super heavy plated armors absorb 50-70% damage from slash damage and similar for fire, but also have stupidly shitty strike defenses and be vulnerable to lightning and dark (outside of specialized armor sets like Iron Dragonslayer). As it stands, those numbers almost don't matter at all.

Give us a reason to actually equip various armors outside of just needing poise or for fashion. That way weapons would matter for more than just their raw AR.

I agree percentages should be a bit more exaggerated though
right now, wearing heavy armor seems to always be best, because what you lose in elemental defenses is more than made up for by physical ones

Counters work well for big teams, as it adds the goal of building a wholesome team as well as adds dynamics of who chases whom in the fight. for 1v1 it's dogshit

tru that. i normally have a hard time carrying a lighter weapon along with my ultras. a heavy caestus in the offhand is actually pretty efficient though.

Ds3 had in my opinion some of the better spells. prenerf Soul Stream and Pestilent Mercury are definitely a step in the right direction. Splintering fireball or whatever it's called is also a great idea, only too weak in its current state. We need to move away from "damaging projectiles with varying damage and speed". If they had kept the ds2 cut system of charging spells, we wouldn't even need crystal and heavy variations (assuming you can charge to the point of heaviness/crystallization after a certain int or with certain staffs). Something being well made and something being good are different things and power can come down to numbers. If soul darts did 500 damage, sorcery would be OP as fuck but still not well made.

The only spells that fly straight to the target should be weak shit like farron darks. Souls needs more traps, weird homing shit, area denial and time bombs.

When she goes to hug the spider, run. The only way you won't have time to get out is if you're stuck between legs and lava, which you should be careful not too. Quelaag is very easy, but she's unreasonably tanky and damaging. You need to be patient

I only said that because the password system was introduced in BB.

BB's online is still active. I played it about a week ago for shits and I still got summoned for bosses and chalice dungeons.

Difficulty depends on how you played Dark Souls really. If you were some one who used shields a lot you will have a tougher time adjusting to how this game works. If you get hit while dodging you take like double damage.
