That's not even a completely valid argument though. A lot goes into winning an endurance race like that. The talent of the drivers and the pit crews is important too. Also the LMP classes are much more strictly regulated. The LMP are just there so that the automakers dump a lot of money on it for marketing purposes to keep the track open for the GTs. The GTs are what I watch if I tune into Lemans.
