Pharah is fine though, if anything she could use some help with her maneuverability so she could be a more consistent pick at higher levels of gameplay or whenever there isn't a Mercy on the team.

Also me in platinum which is just a step above average have to wait a minimum of 3.30 minutes for a game.
I'm playing in Diamond in OW and I rarely wait more than one minute for a game.

He's definitely still usable, niggas just don't know how to reap. The name of the game is outplaying the enemy hog and having a healer on your team that's aware of you. Lurk around the corners, dive in, kill someone, wraith out, repeat. You shouldn't stay in the enemy backline any longer than you have to. Flanking comes secondary when playing reaper, you should stick to the choke most of the time so you can dive in and get out quickly.

Keep trying. Try different heroes, see if any of them fit your playstyle better. Maybe Rein, who doesn't need to aim at all. Maybe healing-focused Ana — if you were good with close-range flicking as Reaper, you might do well with Ana, as long as you don't try to DPS.
I understand your frustration at not being able to contribute as a hero you're good as, but "I tried to git gud, couldn't do it" is not an answer to your problem. Maining in OW is not a very viable strategy either way, you should be comfortable with playing at least one tank, healer and DPS hero.

I'm -barely- diamond and I think what got me out of there was playing a smart tank. Tanking in general is the problem in plat imo; a lot of matches felt like they were won or lost based on which team's Rein shat the bed first.

That is blatantly wrong. You have to make them fight you on your own terms, if you're 30 meters away of course you'll lose to soldier or pharah. If you play reaper in open spaces like that you're doing it wrong. Reaper is a close quarters fighter and you're retarded if you use him as anything other than that. The only dps i consistently lose to are tracer and genji, and even then i can still get a fighting chance.

The only healer I was okay with was old Lucio, but that's hardly a statement of skill when Lucio did well just by existing. I honestly have rolled through every hero in the game and my only moderately successful ones are Reaper before he was irrelevant, Winston, Orisa, Symmetra and old Lucio. That's it, those are the only characters I can play.

I've tried Ana, can't play her. I find it way too difficult to use her weapon at close range.
