So I was thinking of unlocking Gunslinger soon, but my buddy was warning me about the hell of bullet grinding.

From what he was telling me you need to grind billions of rare drops to farm out the best bullets. And he went on to say the lowest tiers of bullets actually make your attacks weaker? Really? Is that true?

Looking at the list on the wiki it says they vary from 50 attack to 300. I don't get it. Is that supposed to be a multiplyer and anything under 100 is actually weakening you? Or is he full of shit?

The problem with gunslinger isn't bullet grind, it's the class itself. If you don't have at least 5 swords you'll die instantly playing it and probably won't hit auto cap even when you're alive, which defeats the purpose of the class.

Bullet farming isn't even hard. Especially after they added dailies for some of the mats. Less painful than grinding for GW character

Armour is not exactly comfy to wear, and there's not exactly a toilet built in. He can't even fucking remove the gauntlets, let alone the codpiece and gambeson. Honestly the worst grind would be making ur Nebuchad. When you're at the point of making nebu, you should have gotten enough bullet mats from just playing normally.

Okay, so the bullet grind isn't SO bad I guess, but adding up all the different materials still comes up to some rather horrifying numbers, at least on that liquid steel.

I guess my real question is- is it worth it to make just some basic bullets just to fill the slots while I grind? He made it sound like they'd actually make my attacks WEAKER which blows my mind. Would leaving them empty be feasible or will I not be able to attack or something?
