I'm gonna be sad if we don't see her again. She really became one of my favorites.

They should make routes in all new games in the series like Devil Survivor. Make it so that there are set objectives you have to complete before you can access a certain route (preferably unlike DeSu make it so it's not just talking to people half the time) and you can choose your route at about the 70% mark.

Also, for the routes themselves, we should have a reasonable Law route, a reasonable Chaos route, and then three Neutral routes, with one being true Neutral (and sucking complete ass and being available without doing any sidequests) and the other two being Neutral-Dark and Neutral-Light.

Would this fix modern mainline?

I was going to make a reply about how I believe alignment routes need to be split in a more "organic" manner but then I realized I didn't actually know what I meant by that, nor did I know what I was actually talking about.

Is Desu obligatory SMT play? I generally don't love tactical games, but everyone here seems to still playing it years after its release.

Nocturne is because of slick art direction and being able to use the stylization effectively. Good art direction will make your game looks good forever.

It blends typical SRPG stuff with SMT stuff fairly flawlessly. You can break the game, as usual, but they're a decent enough challenge besides. Other than some particularly annoying things (like Chaos/Evil Wave) and characters (like Midori or Renaldo) they're fairly top notch.

Story is a liberal remake of SMT1.
I don't like SRPGS like Disgaea or FE but I enjoyed DeSu.
The sequel is even better because it fixed a lot of gameplay problems with the first one and I liked the characters better.

It should be noted that the gameplay fixes of 2 are for the most part also implemented in the 3ds remake of 1 (overclocked)

OC also ruined the opening and added terrible voice acting.

If you go Mag you dump AGI alongside it and a tiny bit of luck to help you not get crit by everything ever.
If you go DEX, then you dump LCK over AGI.
