Hoon seems to only bee good at Zarya, he did abysmally with d.va.

After Envyus adjusted, Mickie flew circles around him in terms of d.va plays.

And by the time they put him back on zarya it was too late.

Symmetra has extreme range and insane dps though.

Just understand

D.Va isn't the ideal pharah counter, but you can do it if you track well enough.

Fly up there, Knock into her, combo into QM, thats 60 damage.

Track her down for the additional 140, keep tickilng her if you fall too far down and jump her again.

If she's being healed by Ana, back off, if she's being healed by Mercy, do the same thing but to mercy instead.

no she does not need a "nerf", shes not overpowered, shes just incredibly irritating because blizzard is bad at character design and character interbalance isnt something they ever take into account (see nanoboost)

There Pharah has now a hard counter.

then to reduce redundancy, turn DVa's ult into something where she shoot shoots a shitload of micromissles out her mech. They have falloff so you can shoot them in an arc to attack from above

Learn to live with Pharah. Most of the time it's the best solution, especially if you are in low ranks.
Pharah wins games mostly because half of the enemy team forgets what they are supposed to be doing and starts hunting her autistically. It's just as bad as leaving her completely unchecked.

Find cover, avoid sightlines and kill her team or force her to retreat and then get back to what you are doing. Winston for example can be a quite effective Pharah counter just by jumping at her and doing some damage before returning to his team and bubbling them to prevent her rockets doing anything in those few crucial moments.

Make her be careful and wary about coming close and avoid the rockets. After you won the teamfight, it won't matter if she lived or died as long as she didn't accomplish anything.
