I literally don't get people's problem with that map. I have like an 80% win rate. You don't do anything special on the map, it is the same "win team fights" as every other map.

Take it out of the rotation and fix it like they've done with mines then. Its current form is a total mess. Sad!

Splitpushing gives you two extra shots and loses you every fight after spawn times go long. Once spawn timers become reasonable, you deathball, kill them, push both your loads and push theirs back.

You do lane for a while, since you only need one guy on the payload for the first two or so.

There's several heroes that their base skin is much better than the alternatives, that's a shit thing to gripe about. Plus if you go random your loadout will always be basic.
