for reference, I have all content BIS on elysium, and my gain values are:

damage per hit gained:

10sp = +9.9 dmg per hit
1crit = +6.6 dmg per hit
1hit = +9.6 dmg per hit
10int = +1.1 dmg per hit

this is with all current bis on elysium, arcane power spec with motw, arcane int, kings, greater arcane elixir and tribute buffs. If you're flasking the crit/hit value increases.

TLDR: spellpower is really good, +1% crit = 6-7sp, +1% hit is 9-10sp.

Well waste of time is opinion, but it's a great 2h that will last at least until 30 or so if not longer depending on drops and if the paladin wants corpsemaker or not.
For example i used mine until bonerbite because i didn't get corpsemaker to drop in 7 runs, just really bad luck, kept getting tons of tusken helms tho. It SHOULD drop pretty easily so my experience isn't common.
BUT, lets imagine a fresh paladin with no friends or a main to bankroll him (not that a paladin needs a bankroll), you don't have excess gold at level 20 to buy boe blues.
Plus you don't have to run all of sfk, just the first part, and you don't even have to step foot into BFD. More of deadmines is "required" than either of those.
On a fresh server at least, it's easy to find a group of paladins running the quest together and you can knock it out relatively fast. On a not-fresh server it's typically not difficult to find a friendly 60 paladin who will boost you through the start of SFK and Deadmines as they know how good the weapon is for 20-30.
It can also fill in as the healing mh you use for way longer than 30 as there aren't a ton of int drops or quest rewards unless you're lucky.

If anything, i'd go for the weapon at the end of raene's cleaning quest in ashenvale (forget the name) rather than a boe blue alternative if someone was deadset on not running dungeons or couldn't get groups, as the proc combined with command is really good and would last you a similar amount of time (as in until corpsemaker or bonebiter)

Fact #1: Females in guilds typically bring drama - either directly because of the female or due to children sperging out
Fact #2: A Veeky Forums guild would be particularly prone to above sperging out

Therefore, if there was an actual proved female in a Veeky Forums guild, all hell would break loose and these threads would be even more filled to the brim with more rampant shitposting than they already are. We would be deluged by "girls shouldn't be treated differently", "grow up anons", "no she isn't getting on mic again", etc etc.
The fact that we don't see that is all the evidence that's necessary. Even normie guilds can rarely handle a female addition so it's inane to expect a Veeky Forums guild that can barely contain themselves over pretend-trannies to be able to handle an actual girl.
