Laziness mostly. Thinking to my oblivion run, which I recently finished, where I used the same mods from start to finish because I knew what I wanted to play with when I set it up.
Mod managers just kinda feel like extended manual installing at this point. For oblivion I felt I could be aware of what I put where in my install even if I just dumped it there, and that game's pretty fragile.

You're using the newest versions of Ruins Clutter Improvement, right? Its not compatible with the latest SMIM. So revert back to 2.8 of Ruins Clutter and it fixed that issue.

If you don't have fancy tricks like adaptive vsync, when your FPS drops below 60 you would see 30 FPS instead of the reported amount(It goes down by calculating YourFPS divided by 2, then 3 and so on). Some also get better performance with it off. There's also input lag.

sse enb isn't nearly as good as oldrim enb.
Frankly no enb is as good as oldrim enb, and I doubt anything ever will be.

A recommendation for The Veteran Skin, it's pretty great for SOS bodies and I've chosen it over Eiries edit. Disclaimer - the modder gave the goddamn lips a deep red tint (pic related) so I'll upload an edit that changes them back to the Skysight original. No male body texture is seamless but I prefer it over Skysight, it's a good alternative at least.

I feel like you are missing the point. Artistry is far more important than realism in any game but a true simulator. If you make Liberty city feel like San Francisco and set the stories that the stories of Niko and the dlc faggots whose names I've forgotten in it, you're going to get a contrast that is distracting and unfitting for those stories.

Yeah, I renamed them and checked them over in TES5Edit. Only big change was adding Kiseenaji's eyepatch back in. Calling them by their actual names is a little easier for me to keep track of, plus I consider this their "final" releases.

I re-wrote Cries' description for the site (she's located in the Silverblood Inn) and rewrote some readmes, including a link to Cries' wardrobe. Otherwise it's just a final once over, test-ingame and release.

Yes two cities with two thousand miles between them, 100 years difference in age, very different histories / historical differences, different cultures, different landmarks, and different city structures are fucking identical. Especially in art where can and should exaggerate things for the sake of the piece and the piece that is GTA 4 is perfectly well suited to being set in a bright and sunny version of liberty city.
