You don't need CON on cleric, even less now after the rebalance that shit don't 2 shot you

1500 blessing, Aspergillum, Last Rights, Agny, Warmage set, Small Crystaras. Swing once and off goes 16k of HP of that 150k Elite, throw in magnum in the middle and it's generally dead by the third swing.

You buy Aspersio / Blessing etc. and no, self buffed isn't better unless you go full SPR and if you go full SPR as a monk you will suck as a monk won't you? Without DEX and STR you will MISS all your hits against any mob with some evasion.

The new stoneskin is perfect for monks since it has no scaling portion to it, and the buffed mass heal makes more points into it totally worth it

Don't worry, it's a lot easier than the Shinobi prequest.

Shinobi still works as a nice splash with the Bunshin change, and with STR accounting for both patk and accuracy it's easier to stat. I'm still considering how much DEX if any to put into my build.

The meta in the moment is the top one mage, in the link they sent you for wizard, cleric pretty much anything, archer gunner either cannon or pistol i forgot the name, and sword either fencer glass cannon gung ho concetrate(each hit 5k plus your basic damage) or anything 15 spr/dex full str con with a shield as you will be impossible to hit and if hit it will not kill or even do much damage, hope i have helped

Tank builds for sword that are common in korea, and silute that are hard to kill in pvp goes something like that
