B-2 is a large strategic bomber over 170ft wide pretty much entirely devoted to bombing missions.

B-21 will be bigger than an F15, but smaller than a B-1, so 40-100ft range, and have missions outside of bombing like ISR.

Retaliator is the B-1 in SC, Eclipse will be smaller, not a replacement.

I misread that actually, it's "limited sales" not concepts, which is what he said 2 days ago. This would mean they won't let you $0 CCU to any ship that's not regularly availible for sale, no matter if it's a concept or not.
