Forget quest. You don't need after level 20. Do this instead. Press H. Look on the list of quest and pick the ones that look nice. I usually pick the BAM ones because they easy to kill and good rewards. Go kill them and repeat since they are repeatable. you wait for dungeon queue. Rinse repeat until lvl 60 at which point you get the 60-65 quests which you actually do. at lvl 65, just quit game or go into erp because nothing else to do.
