uh, yes, that's quite literally the point of matchmaking.

The +25 stack talent reduces the amount of quills to get max stack to 10, which isnt that big of an improvement. The +30 hps ontop of lotus orb/vangaurd/pipe regen will give you near or over 50 regen no matter what per second. Top that with a octarine radiance and if 5 enemys are in your range attacking you your healing for over 150 hps on tge tabkiest hero in the game, thats not including quill spray. I usually go for the hps talent becausr i love that build, and it doesnt seem worth going for the other one.
