Does this mean 70% of my damage will go through blocks? We need a base value to get an idea of what's what.

I may be wrong, but I think it's +70% base block damage.
So if you would normally do 10 damage through a block, with +70% you do 17 damage.

i've got him to rep 1 level 10. so i haven't played him THAT much. i'll admit that most of my time spent playing cent has been with 2 friends so i only had one random to fuck things up so that's probably why my win rate is so high.
don't really care about my win loss ratio, definitely not enough to quit a match to preserve it. i will admit i haven't played a lot of duel modes though, just enough to get any orders that i needed
