I'm the author here, I'd just like to note that Kenji found out about the idea hours after I had already left to start writing it.

You can resume being mad, but Kenji doesn't actually have any direct or indirect input into this.

Even if you don't like him, he's not the only one that wanted it. And letting him influence your opinion of it is a lot worse than just letting it slide. I really liked that sample story and asking it to stop purely because Kenji also liked it is kind of silly

I suppose your biggest test is coming up though. When some of her eccentricities become more apparent. A lot of writers have trouble toeing the line between 'too crazy' and 'not crazy enough' with Kenji stories.

Shit has gone down this year, lost my job in the city of my dreams, gf of almost 4 years left me, had to move back to my parents, and lost any hope that things would end up alright if I worked hard enough, as I tried my hardest back there and everything backfired. Finding a job is harder than ever at my shitty hometown, so I'll go back to studying while getting english language degrees, and maybe try to go for the TEFL, but time will tell.
