Siding with House and keeping Hanlon's secret causes the NCR to blame the 2 of them, while Hanlon moves into politics. Seems far better than perpetuating Kimballs expansion focused regime.

There are exceptions to everything, but mutants on their third century of life are much more likely to start having brain problems, leading to loss of cognitive function and violence. Playing FO4 for the first time. Will settlers and companions make full use of modded weapons if I give it to them? This was very negligible in NV so I just let them use their default weapons.

They gain all the benefits from them that you do.
I'm not sure if all legendary weapons have an effect though.

Yes so long as you also give them ammo, settlers never run out but companions do unless you get a mod.

Just give them a single bullet. However in a slight correction to not all weapons will have infinite ammo for settlers by default. It's mostly for shit like fatmans and other explosives you shouldn't give to your settlers anyways but it's not like bullets are hard to get so just give them a full mag.

what ENB preset is this? been googling around and can't seem to find it.

I'm using Mod Organizer 2 for modding, since I liked MO for Skyrim, and don't want to ever have to bother win NMM again, but I've run into an issue.

Trying to launch FO4 through MO2 seems to cause it to crash a few seconds after starting up, and launching without using MO just means none of my installed mods will work. I've looked over a few forum posts about it, and there doesn't seem to be any answers, unless I missed a post. I was hoping someone here might be able to help. Is there anyone who knows about this issue and what I'd need to do to fix it, or should I cut my losses and use another mod manager, and if the latter is the case, what manager should I use that isn't NMM?

Any help would be appreciated.

The scaffolding set has ramps but they don't snap to other pieces as well, but you can put a 1/4 floor piece from the scaffold floor just outside.

Why do so many people want to play as the Enclave? They're Saturday morning cartoon villains with no interesting members or interesting lore. They wouldn't even be fun from a gameplay standpoint because they massively outclass everything in the wasteland.

You might as well just start up a game, console command yourself the best items and godmode, and walk around slaughtering everything you see. That's the level of depth you'd get from an Enclave playthrough.
