You have to remove the same things in both the _0 and _1 nifs. If _0 has something that _1 doesn't have, or viceversa, any weight other than 0 or 100 will be fucked.

ENB for Oblivion does not work properly and will never be finished, Oblivion Reloaded should be a lot better than it is, and characters will always look pretty bad. All you can really do is find some textures and flora replacers that you like, there are a lot of flora replacers.

The char gen is facegen, it's great at its core. The tools the CS and even external programs give you to make a good face are strong, you can pretty much do anything with Oblivion's char gen if you put in the effort and there are a lot of mods that did put in some effort to enhance NPCs.

Can you go into applying said custom shaders? If they haven't been ported maybe it's not viable to do. What about tweaking them, how does it work at run-time?

Pick mainly one and put it at 30 or 50%, or mix two by small amounts.

Also they look worse in studio than in the game.

Those RaceMenu body morphs are for use with the Zeroed Sliders body.
If you're already using UNPB it's just going to be fucked up.
