Why the fuck does Aghanim's Scepter make Sniper and Winter Wyvern worse? What was the plan there? Do they really think people will spend 4200 gold on something that will cripple them? Even Agh's abilities that serve as nothing but crutches (like Kunkka's before this new change) don't exponentially increase the mana cost or make it 100x harder to land while demolishing the damage output.
