Followed boot9strap guide and started up Luma Updater after finishing, getting a message saying "Configuration file loaded successfully. Unknown or wrong config value: 'a9hl' for 'payload type'". Did I mess up somewhere along the way?

BullShit9 alternatively B9S as in bull nine shitI mean boot9strap It's A9LH but earlier into the boot cycle. A bit faster on boot, unpatchable by Nintendo and much faster to set up than A9LH ever was.
