They cant. They can only tweak values. All of their main coders are long gone. You cant add new features on an eleven man skeleton crew smaller than a mobile gaming development group especially when 2 of those coders are probably switching off between h1z1 and planetside 2 and the others dont understand the code.
Reinstalled, played for an hour. New implants are shit and there's way too many infishits. Game isn't fun at all.

personally, as a br 120, and with no use for implants or chargers before, i had tons of iso-4 and got assimilate and battle hardened maxed out and now im coasting.
steam version literally just opens the standard launcher
literally the only differences are
>client downloaded through steam is usually outdated, you'll have to download it twice (subsequent updates will be normal though)
