What are the different percentages the dimensional rift gauge gets filled by completing a run for each of the six difficulties?

Enter a rift and run it less than your share of the capacity.

If a rift has a capacity of 5, assuming the owner's running it, your share would be 16.7% of the bar.

If is correct that'd be 5 runs at difficulty 6 or 10 runs at difficulty 4.

There's some leeway because some people will probably run it more than that because they need the bios or cards or whatever, but that's a good rule of thumb. If you run a rift once and then quit out you're wasting the capacity slot and a terrible person.

In what shadowland floor mantis can clear it solo?

Combat ones, almost every combat floor she can do great thanks to her fear ring of doom and i-frames.
