Your teammates are strong against their own element and can probably take the hit. And if their confidant is maxed they'll block the reflect.

In any case R10 Strength basically opens up a world of possibility, and the easiest good persona to fuse for low cost with it is most likely a Gun!Shiva (Shiva learns Riot Gun) since you only need Barong (who's very easy to fuse a Gun!Seth's core skills onto) and Rangda.
