Thats not how you do it. Remove all but one of each weapon and then set the amount of weapons to 0 to 9 and it calculates the right amount of them.
This doc doesn't work if you put the ID of a person who has a private profile.
I tried putting in the ID of a crew member who has their profile on limited but it pulls nothing for them.

Don't forget to set the HP/ATK on summon pool (I usually just do 3000/8000, since you can change up summons).
Also what summon are you using for 100%? Non mlb bonito?
As others said use the weapon details to add in multiples of a weapon.
Make sure to add your characters too, and set the enemy to fire.
What you do is you add in a whole bunch of potential weapons you *could* use and it will show you the top damaging combinations.

Basically 3* Auberons > 4* Daggers once you have at least 1 4* Dagger.
0* Auberons > 3* Daggers once you have at least 1 3* Dagger.
0* Auberons can take the place of 1 or 2 4* Daggers in some circumstances depending on your pool etc (do the calc yourself).

You should be looking at Party Averaged Expected Turn Damage.
Also you seem to be setting it up mostly correct (include your characters, and make sure your summons have HP/DMG on them) but you don't seem to have included Auberons and possible weapon choices. You don't specify only 10 weapons, you specify as many weapons as you want to analyze and check.
For the images I just posted: I essentially added 1 Coda Dagger, 10 4* Daggers, 10 0* Auberons, 1 Rose Crystal, 2 Xuanwu maces, 1 Wand of Gabriel, 1 GW dagger (and I forced it to have a minimum of 1 because I'd be using that as lewder). 10 0* daggers and 10 3* Auberons.
I then turned off the 3* Auberons and 4* Daggers as needed to make the pictures to show the difference depending on what you have.
