I dont think artists decides what is gonna be into the games they work so Butcha doing the art means shit taking that and Jutaijima into account.

If anything that bothers me is that Lune games usually dont have NTR, they are rare now days since around 2009 since that doesnt appeals to their userbase anymore.

Orc Onna Kishi and Meikoku are the only recent Lune games to have NTR or sex by others so those were unexpected compared to their usual output(Much more expected in Orc game though and only the knight and the nympho elf fuck others aniways).

I really don't think that's true. Very often you see artists develop particular fetishes and niches that they tend to repeatedly use in their works, even when they're working with totally different studios and teams.
At the very least, the studios are taking into account the audiences that would typically enjoy a Butcha-U game, or any artist for that matter, when deciding the sorts of content that goes into it. But I would say it's pretty likely the artists often get a say in the matter - especially big names like Butcha-U who are going to be the ones agreeing to work on the game in the first place.
