the clothing texture is home made, character itself used nothing but Mods from HF.
Kancolle hair ext. parts can be found in HEXA Override
However I did some tinkering myself so the hair ext.'s location is altered, you will have to find her horns yourself

I haven't actually read his guide to be honest with you. If you delete the skirt mesh there to use the official one, the skirts are in a totally different xx file (A02). You don't need to import anything yet.

AAU doesn't have slots - it's the advantage of AAU. You can apply a different tan to every single character to make and it'll look right in everyone else's games too.

AAU is the only way to have infinite tans. AAFace couldn't go beyond the 6 limit any better than anything else.

Go to my mega and download any of the cards that end in _m (like Midir). Run the Maker and AAU and click on the card to preview it in the starting area before character creation. You will get a popup - this will create the override folder for you.
