No he didn't, the total amount of work in the CaC pack probably amounts to 10-20 minutes, all he did was run the saves through the CaC converter that somebody else made (keep in mind this is so easy and quick to do that every 12 year old can use it to flood xenoversemods with their Gohan CaCs) and steal some transformation mods from xenoversemods.

There's more work put into it than that. Making sure everyone's hair and colour mods work, adding skills and transformations not found in the transformation mod. Doing this a couple dozen times. Slamming it all together and making it work. Doing it again each update when it breaks.
