Yeah, but all you do to make the hack happen is change a setting for the gcd to something low.
The servers should be stopping this by recognizing that the default gcd is longer than this and you shouldn't be able to use those abilities that fast, but they aren't except in extreme cases because of the how significantly ping can affect this game.

Depends on your goals. Soul fighter's utility is healing, which is pretty useless in dungeons, but it's very useful in raids.

They are extremely useless and extremely mindless and unfun to level and play. Their population is literally kept alive by one mechanic in one dungeon and people who might be literally retarded since it's probably the easiest pve class.
