You can't summon Arthur, for example, he has to come along drifting, because the world rejects a non female Arthur which is the proper version there. BB explains a little bit about how summoning phenomena works and it's not this general system anymore. It is as long is the same world (different dimensions of one).

The only three that really matter would be Britain, India, and Greece. Britain probably takes the cake for fielding the best team. Karna and Arjuna trying to kill each other might fuck over India. As powerful as they are, in a Servant Container, even Karna or Arjuna wouldn't be able to take the entire Round Table solo. Gawain, Kay, and Arthur with full Merlin support would curbstomp anything short of a Beast in the first pass.

Greece has some real heavy hitters too, though. Herk could pretty much take anyone else 1v1.

This all assume Servant Containers. Outside of those restrictions, India wins easy.
