It's not bad but you have to pull it off right and not do an exact 1:1.

When you do b3 and hold f he'll do a snake dash. You can cancel the dash by pressing up and he'll get out of the dash and you can do a WS move instead. Good way to extend a combo or wall carry.

There are plenty of fighting games who have been playing for a decade longer than any smash player while neglecting to stretch and take breaks and they're completely fine.
