1: It's Proto Shield. If we're just talking elemental damage types, that is by far the worst thing you can throw at it.
2: Until its health is red its armor ain't ded. I guess in a pinch Euphoria Prime with 100% status chance works, but it's pretty slow by status stacking standards.
