But seriously, ceodore is a very nice unit that can do a lot of cool shit. Lightning (the element) has also become ridiculously strong thanks to shantotto's lightning chain and like half the FFIV characters getting multi-hit lightning attacks.

Yeah that's what I plan to do more or less. Cloud as a unit seems pretty one-dimensional. Great rental, lousy party member.

Wat, user you do realize that it's a lot more efficient to RW him instead of actually using it on him, right? You will need to use two SB bars on Cloud for his USB+probably BSB or something else to deal huge damage, in the meantime by just RW'ing him you can use it on two characters and use only one SB charge, this will get even crazier when better USB's are added

She's probably situational. The element isn't resisted often, which helps even without a weakness because of the EnPoison. She can also use lifesiphon, which could get it up and going faster. The mind drain helps with enemies that use holy magic, and should stack with about anything. But the command probably wouldn't be used that often.
