Well, assuming it hasn't been nerfed, the average exp/h if you're focused is about 120k exp if I recall correctly.

It's not as fast as other methods but it's as close as you can get to afk thieving training without just botting.

its going to obviously vary depending on how good you are at picking things up. It also only takes like 15 seconds to bank+heal with the new poh update so getting 4 kill trips isnt as important anymore
