Eh, the built in screenshots are pretty much what you're displaying on your screen, so if you have high res and high AA they look good.

You could change the beginning pose to something that doesn't have sound.

texture folder must be in your AA2Play\data folder, not in AA2Play

that was it. When you run as admin it fucks up the current directory of the bat's exectuion. Check your system folders for the stray sitagi##/skirt## links.
