It's possible for city employees to be drunk or on drugs while driving, so why not these commercial truck drivers? Last week, I saw one King County (named in honor of martin luther king) truck driven by mexican male going north on west valley highway in the tukwila section. It turned right iinto the dead end section across the street from Beef Bay & Bottle (jacks) and then turned around and drove across a corner of the curb as it turned right to head north again. It was weaving a little. It's an official county truck that does maint and not just ferrying people or supplies because it has a service light, shovel, and street gutter dirt scraper in the back. What a cushy well-paid job. But he weaved too much on sections of road that had no gutters. It was like he was just going thru the motions so that his GPS tracker would show he drove the routes he was supposed to cover that day.

First of all don't attempt a fucking U-turn on a two lane road in a semi truck. Secondly put on the hazards, get out of the truck, get traffic cleared from the intersection just behind you, and then back around the intersection to turn around.
